Affiliate Manager
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Affiliate Manager to oversee and grow our affiliate marketing efforts for Caring.com and our portfolio of sites in the senior housing industry. This role will focus on optimizing and expanding our affiliate program to drive revenue, increase ROI, and extend our market reach. You will be responsible for fostering strong partnerships with new and existing affiliates, ensuring alignment with business goals, and using data-driven insights to refine our approach to scale the channel over time.

As the Affiliate Manager, you will:
- Develop and execute a plan to grow and optimize our newly revised affiliate program, enhancing its impact across Caring.com and related sites.
- Create and implement innovative affiliate marketing strategies to increase ROI and expand market reach.
- Forge and maintain productive relationships with new and existing affiliates to drive consistent performance and high-quality lead generation.
- Set clear, measurable performance goals for affiliates and monitor progress and lead quality to ensure targets are met.
- Negotiate contracts with affiliates to align with business goals and ensure mutual success.
- Stay current with industry trends and the competitive landscape and apply innovative tactics to keep the affiliate program competitive and cutting-edge.
- Analyze affiliate program performance data and use insights to continuously improve and optimize campaigns.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to create cohesive branding and promotional content.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure affiliate marketing tools and internal systems are synchronized and reporting accurately.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly reviews with top affiliates, providing performance feedback and addressing issues as needed.
Qualifications
- 3 years in marketing with proven experience managing a successful affiliate marketing program.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills to effectively negotiate, build and sustain productive affiliate partnerships.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze affiliate program performance and adjust plans accordingly.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas and strategies clearly.
- Experience working with affiliate platforms and affiliate management tools. The usage of Impact Affiliate marketing tool is a plus.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, performance metrics, and ROI.
- Knowledge of the senior housing or healthcare industry and the dynamics of online lead generation in this space is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred.
