ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Office Coordinator is dedicated to compliance, record-keeping, project management, scheduling, and following highly-organized and detail-oriented processes. Your duties will include the following:
- Provide excellent record-keeping and information management
- Relay detailed messages from office to other applicable team members
- Maintain complete and organized files and records
- Conduct ongoing Client satisfaction, service, and care evaluation by person and via phone
- Provider backup support for Scheduler, optimizing hours and scheduling Caregivers and Clients as needed during any vacancy or absence
- Assist customers with professional, can-do attitude
- Manage office operations
- Plan and prepare for events and orientations
- Cultivate an inventory of ongoing office supply needs
- Create and maintain an orderly, clean, and professional office
- Have a high value for innovation, streamlined processes and efficiency
- Demonstrate a pro-active and solution-oriented mindset
- Have excellent written and oral communication articulation in English
- Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail, maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Possess intuitive. strategic, and organized project management skills
- Have excellent professional collaboration skills and team mindset

- Utilize excellent time management skills, meeting deadlines, and handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
