JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a Full-Time (30 Hours ), proactive and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team in our Bend, OR office. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office while fostering a positive company culture. The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable and capable of managing multiple tasks with a high level of professionalism.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
Office Management & Inventory
- Oversee office supply inventory and place orders as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized and functional office space
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Answer and direct phone calls
