About the Role:
The Executive Assistant serves as the right hand for the President/CEO and the Administrative office. They are a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail. They will have previous experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties and providing support to management.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage scheduling for the President, including agendas, mail, travel arrangements, and other logistics.
- Provide support to the Admin office as directed to ensure that the ministry goals and objectives are accomplished – emailing, scheduling, setting appointments, etc.
- Primary interface between the President and the Board of Directors – help facilitate/communicate documents needed for every other month board meetings.
- Support the Leadership Team by facilitating weekly meetings, creating agendas as needed, taking meeting notes, assembling and distributing minutes.
- Organize and facilitate monthly all-staff meetings including the technology support to connect our remote staff.
- Organize and facilitate quarterly prayer meetings for all staff at offsite location.
- Assist in coordinating offsite Advisory Board meetings.
- Work with internal and external leaders on various projects and tasks.
- Perform administrative and office support, such as spreadsheet creation, and maintenance of filing system and Virtuous (CRM).
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing both inside and outside the organization
- Organize team communications, both internally and offsite.
Candidate Requirements:
- A committed Christian who demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord and is a participant in a local church
- Maintains a consistent life-affirming philosophy
- Agree with and be willing to uphold Caring Network’s Statements of Faith and Principle and Core Values
- Enthusiasm for and commitment to the mission and strategy of Caring Network
- C-suite admin support experience reporting directly to upper management
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
- Knowledge of Virtuous is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- Ability to run reports in various software platforms with an aptitude to learn new software and systems.
