Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong administrative skills.
Duties
- Assist in planning and executing various types of events
- Assist in executing direct mail campaigns
- Perform general clerical duties, including creating, photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Assist with maintaining records
- Coordinate projects and tasks to ensure timely completion
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain a neat and organized office environment
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Occasionally run errands, and other general office duties
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent file management skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records
- Experience in project coordination is a plus
- Knowledge of business office procedures and systems
- Ability to enter data accurately and efficiently
- Exceptional clerical skills, including typing and data entry
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional phone etiquette
