Responsibilities:
*checking emails and phone messages every morning.
*answering phone calls and text messages during business hours (It does not ring often)
*Returning calls and answering claims questions.
*requesting medical records from physicians and filing claims.
* Informing policyholders when their claims have been filed and have paid out.
*Printing paperwork and pulling reports for enrollments.
Remote position, with an office available, if needed.
Flexible hours.
Part- time salary pay with voluntary benefits available.
Summary
Receiving and filing medical claims and running reports and doing paperwork for enrollments.
- Strong organizational and clerical skills
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Experience with data entry and filing
- Ability to manage calendars and provide administrative support
- Bilingual candidates are a plus
- Previous experience in medical billing is advantageous
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $950.00 per month
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
