WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AT CARLEY :
Direct interface with Government / Customer / Subcontractor contracts office on assigned contract / subcontract matters.
Responsible for receiving, distributing, reviewing, and commenting on contract awards and modifications.
Administers and maintains electronic contract files in accordance with Corporate and Government regulations.
Evaluates and monitors contract performance to determine necessity for modifications, extensions of contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations. Works with program managers and Customers to resolve contract issues and concerns.
Understands price proposals, financial reports, and other financial data with regard to contracting.
Assists and supports DCMA and DCAA requests, audits and contract close-outs .
Prepares and files a variety of mandated Government reports.
Supports GSA Schedule required reporting via FAS Sales Reporting System.
Supports Small Business Subcontract reporting via eSRS.
Support Service Contract Reporting
Other duties and projects as assigned and needed
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THESE QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor's Degree and six (6) years of experience in Federal Government contract administration is preferred OR no degree and at least eight (8) years of directly-related experience and training in Federal Government contract administration.
Knowledge and understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR), Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), and such other governing regulations- REQUIRED.
Knowledge of all contract types, such as FFP, CPFF, CPAF, CPIF, T&M- REQUIRED.
Must be eligible to secure a U.S. Government security clearance- REQUIRED.
Due to the nature of the work at Carley, this position requires U.S. citizenship - REQUIRED.

Employees living 50 miles or less of the Carley corporate office will be deemed as local and must have the ability and means to support onsite hours - REQUIRED.
