Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Lead the month-end close process
- Conduct budget analysis and monitor financial performance
- Track cost of goods sold (COGS) and margins to optimize profitability
- Provide financial insights to support decision-making and strategy
- Implement process improvements to drive efficiency
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA required
- 10 years of accounting experience, with prior leadership
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
