Job Summary
As a receptionist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our executives and ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents
- Transcribe notes and dictations as needed
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with project coordination and event planning as required
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
Experience:
- Bilingual (English / Spanish)
- Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist is preferred
- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Strong computer literacy skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Experience in calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Familiarity with phone systems and the ability to handle multiple phone lines

Employees have 80 hours of sick leave each calendar year and accrue vacation at a rate of 3.36 hours per pay-period.
