Front Desk Receptionist restaurant

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
• Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
• Handle basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as needed.
• Ensure the front desk area is tidy and welcoming at all times.
• Assist with other administrative duties as required to support the team.

Experience

• Previous experience as a medical or dental receptionist is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient computer literacy, including familiarity with office software applications.
• Experience with data entry and clerical work is advantageous.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.75 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
