Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Marketing Leader to take charge of our marketing efforts and work closely with our partner organizations. This multifaceted role provides a rare opportunity to shape and implement marketing strategies across a variety of industries maximizing your influence and scope. Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Develop Marketing Strategies : Create and oversee the implementation of innovative marketing strategies aligned with business objectives across various organizations.
• Oversee Campaigns : Plan execute and monitor marketing campaigns to maximize reach engagement and conversion rates.
• Manage Digital Advertising : Direct and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns ensuring costeffective performance.
• Ensure Brand Consistency : Maintain brand alignment across all marketing materials platforms and communications.
• Collaborate Across Companies : Work closely with leadership teams from affiliated businesses to align marketing goals and initiatives.
• Analyze Market Trends : Research and interpret market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
• Drive New Product Feature Launches : Coordinate marketing efforts for new product or service launches ensuring maximum visibility and impact.
• Enhance Partnerships : Build and sustain strategic partnerships to expand the reach and effectiveness of marketing efforts.
• Report Performance : Monitor KPIs and deliver comprehensive reports to stakeholders on the success and impact of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications :

• Proven Experience : Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing leadership roles preferably in SaaS based Real Estate products.
• Educational Background : Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field; MBA or equivalent is highly preferred.
• Strategic Expertise : Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and brand recognition.
• Team Leadership : Strong track record in building mentoring and leading highperforming marketing teams.
• Digital Marketing Proficiency : Expertise in managing and optimizing digital marketing channels including paid media SEO and social media.
• Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze market trends customer behavior and campaign performance to inform datadriven decisions.
• Budget Management : Experience managing largescale marketing budgets with a focus on ROI.
• Partnership Development : Skilled in establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and business opportunities.
• Adaptability : Experience working across multiple business sectors demonstrating flexibility and innovation in marketing approaches.
