Requirements
- Education: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., EPA 608, NATE) are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Ductless and VRF systems or similar HVAC equipment.
- Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC systems, particularly Ductless and VRF technology.
- Strong understanding of electrical and refrigeration principles.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment.
- Comfortable working in various environments, including rooftops and confined spaces.
- Willingness to travel extensively within North and South Carolina, sometimes on short notice.
