Job Overview:
We're seeking a Parts Sales Representative to drive sales, and build strong customer relationships. This role combines sales, customer service, and field visits to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders, returns, and warranty claims.
- Visit assigned customers daily to generate sales and provide support.
- Assist with quotes, parts lookup, pricing, and deliveries.
- Promote products through literature, catalogs, and product demos.
- Conduct cold calls and develop new business opportunities.
- Utilize Excel and Word for reports, inventory tracking, and promotions.
Requirements:
- 4 years of sales experience in HVAC, parts, or a related field.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation for travel as required.
