About this role
We currently have an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated, self-directed and results-oriented Program Operations Manager in our Commercial Real Estate Team. As the Program operations Manager you will be responsible for building and leading The Preferred Partner Program. This includes ongoing program communication and coordination, developing / defining baseline key performance metrics, and schedules, to our program partners.
Key Responsibilities
As a Program Operations Manager, this role involves :
- Leads programmatic light commercial replacement turnkey programs
- Manages relationships with multiple program managers and install partners
- Track order and shipment information for multiple programs
- Support annual strategic planning efforts for program
- Guides continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency
- Identifies and reacts to program problems and supports solutions
- Supports the development of new business growth strategies
- Coordinates responses to customer action items
- Leverage existing Commercial Real Estate relationships for new business development
- Track project activity
- Proactively supports and develops prospective projects with assigned customers and presents to sales business development team.
- Champion personal customer relationships with prospective accounts to influence opportunities. Develops customer presentations for specific customer needs
