Description: Carroll College invites applications for an Assistant Director of Institutional Research. This position performs all necessary functions related to the collection, interpretation, and use of institutional data for planning, compliance, assessment, and decision-making purposes. This position also facilitates access to information maintained in the college’s data management system to support college operations and decisions. This position monitors key institutional indicators, ensuring the integrity of the data released in reports or studies, and provides data analysis, reporting, and research as needed to support institutional objectives. The Assistant Director also supports the Executive Director of Strategy and Innovation by providing data related to strategic planning and for new initiatives, program review, and accreditation.
Qualifications: The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree with demonstrated experience in data analysis and institutional research methods (preferably in the higher education industry), plus three years’ experience.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
