We are seeking a Contract Administrative Assistant in the fuel industry who is responsible for drafting, managing, and overseeing the contractual aspects of business relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders. You will play a vital role in ensuring that contracts are drafted, and executed in a manner that aligns with the organization's goals and regulatory requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review and manage existing contracts.
- Explain terms and conditions to managers and interested parties.
- Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms.
- Stay up-to date with legislative changes and coordinate with the legal department as needed.
- Maintain organized system of physical and digital records.
- Create language standards for existing and new contracts.
- Knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts.
- Familiarity with accounting procedures.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Keen attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors.
- Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers, and external partners.
- Manage day to day administrative functions.
- Special projects as needed.
