Summary Description: The Adjunct Instructor of English will teach our Dual Enrollment ENG 101 and ENG 201 courses at selected local (Knoxville-Morristown area) high schools.
Essential Functions:
As an intentionally Christian academic community, Christian employees are hired to advance the mission of Carson-Newman as expressed in our strategic plan, Acorns to Oaks.
Teaches Dual Enrollment classes (ENG 101 and ENG 201) at local high school campuses.
Education: Must have at least an MA in English and teaching experience.
Experience: Teaching experience is required.
Required Skills: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills; Advanced organizational skills; Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with all stakeholders
