We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automotive BDC Manager to lead our Business Development Center (BDC) and enhance customer engagement, lead generation, and overall sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate the BDC team to achieve performance targets.
- Develop and implement effective lead-generation strategies to drive sales and service appointments.
- Monitor and analyze BDC performance metrics, ensuring optimal efficiency and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the sales and service departments to align BDC operations with dealership goals.
- Implement and manage CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and timely communication.
- Develop scripts, training materials, and processes to enhance team performance.
- Maintain knowledge of dealership promotions, inventory, and services to effectively communicate with customers.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and inquiries as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve BDC operations.

Education and/or Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a BDC, or automotive sales environment.
- 1-2 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, lead management, and digital marketing.
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and fostering teamwork.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management software.
Language Skills
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
