As a Sales Manager at CMA's Colonial Subaru , you will :
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Monitor sales performance metrics and provide coaching to improve team performance.
Foster a customer-focused sales culture, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Collaborate with the finance and service departments to streamline the sales process.
Manage inventory levels, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.

Requirements :
Education and / or Experience
Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager or similar leadership role in a dealership setting.
Strong knowledge of automotive sales processes, financing, and dealership operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze data, forecast trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in CRM software and dealership management systems.

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
