Asamember ofthe Retail Store Operations team, youarepivotaltoensuring seamless operational support for our 1,000 retail locations across North America.Youwill serve as a central resource, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance store efficiency,conduct tests,support operational initiatives, and address store-specific challenges.You will also contribute to store training and communicationtosupport our field leaders and their teamsas a subject matter expert in workforce management.This role reports to the Director, Store Labor Optimization, and is located in our Buckhead office 4 days per week.

Owning the system enhancement and troubleshooting process in partnership with an external vendor; supporting a continual feedback loop from the end field user
Being a functional expert in the Workforce Management System andidentifyingopportunities for enhanced functionality
Identifyingopportunities and implementing changes to improve schedule efficiency and workload balance in stores
Supportinglabor budgetdistributionvia the WFM system, ensuring all data isaccurate
Communicating and providinginsight and store-level perspective to business leaders

Serve as akey point of contact regardingWFMsystem enhancementsandproblem-solving
Effectively partner with internal teams to ensurerelevantfield communication isaccurate, succinct, andimpactful
Evaluate, edit, andmaintaintraining materials and procedures for field teams
Create, edit, andmaintainknowledge base materials for Home Office partners
Present proposedupdates tokeybusiness partners and leaders; drive the successful executionof approved changes
Work closely with store and field leadership tosolicitfeedback, train field teams, and updateimpactedpolicies/processes

Must have:
Experience with a Workforce Management systemin Retail Store or like type environment (schedule creation, timekeeping, andbudgetmanagement)
Workingknowledge ofstandardretail practices and procedures
Understanding ofretail store operating procedurespertaining toscheduling, timekeeping, and labor budget management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
Ability to be persuasive with details, facts and supporting data
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster relationships throughout the organization
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage projects from concept to completion within time constraints
Experience creatingand deliveringpresentations
Intellectual curiosity and desire for continuous learning and improvement
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced team environment with frequent deadlines
