Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing accounts, and driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building. This role requires a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as the ability to engage with potential clients through cold calling and follow-up strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Manage existing accounts and build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize software tools for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the outside sales team to align strategies and maximize sales efforts.
  • Identify market trends and customer needs to develop tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Participate in lead generation activities, including networking events and trade shows.
  • Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and addressing customer inquiries.

Experience

  • Proven experience in inside sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with software tools related to sales management and lead generation.
  • Experience in account management, demonstrating the ability to nurture client relationships effectively.
  • Knowledge of technical sales processes is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients confidently.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn about market dynamics.

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
