Compensation Range:
$19.00-$21.00/Hour (This position is tip-eligible)

What You’ll Do:
The Table Assistant is responsible for restocking, bussing tables, trash removal, dishwashing, running orders, and any other necessary tasks. Ensure cleanliness standards are met during opening, service, and closing of service stations and assigned sections.
Responsibilities:
- Engaging with all guests with a welcoming demeanor to enhance their experience and create a memorable atmosphere on the floor.
- Ensuring that tables are cleaned after guests finish dining and fully resetting them for the next reservation.
- Maintain clean and fully stocked service stations and sections, assist in restocking glassware and dishware in assigned areas.
- Assembling and wrapping utensils for table settings.
- Must attend all orientation and training and complete a 90-day evaluation period.
- Actively contributes to an inclusive, respectful and harassment-free atmosphere and a safe working environment.
- Checks out with direct supervisor and complete other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications/Skills:
- 18 years of age
- Must have TIPS/ServSafe certification
- Must be willing to follow procedures and take directions
- Must be able to communicate clearly in English with team for all responsibilities of the job, bilingual preferred

- Excel in fast-paced, high-volume environments, handling multiple tasks with energy and composure
- Embrace learning and continuous improvement
Physical & Environmental Demands:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and walk at a brisk pace
- Ability to bend down, kneel, stoop, reach, and squat frequently
- Ability to lift, handle, and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Exposure to wet floors, temperature extremes, smoke, dust, and loud noise
- Ability to work in a loud, distracting environment with flashing lights, haze machines, ongoing shows, and large numbers of guests constantly moving around you
- Must be flexible to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, late nights, holidays, and special events. All shifts include a minimum of one weekend day
- There is a blackout period from Thanksgiving week until the first week of January. We are closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day to allow our employees to spend time with their families
