Director- Long Term Brain Injury Programs

Casa Colina is looking for an experienced leader. This role oversees and directs all staff and clients; with an emphasis on behavior management. The director is responsible for the daily operations of the 24/7 residential program serving adults with acquired or traumatic brain injury, which includes, but is not limited to staffing, resident services, resource management, public relations, and compliance with all licensure, certification, health, and safety requirements.

Salary Range : $110,000 - $120,000.
