What You’ll Do:

• Lead HR strategy and operations across recruiting, compensation, benefits, HRIS, compliance, and culture-building
• Partner with leadership to develop talent acquisition, performance management, and career growth initiatives
• Drive employee engagement through effective training, collaboration, and leadership development
• Ensure compliance with labor laws while proactively managing HR risk, workplace policies, and employee relations

• You have 10 years of HR operations experience with progressive growth ideally in a professional services industry

SALARY RANGE

The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; location and region; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
