In this in-person role, you'll be responsible for answering phone calls, welcoming students, and assisting with administrative tasks. But most importantly, you'll be the go-to person for people seeking information about our services and products. You'll have the opportunity to educate them about our offerings, and help them find the best courses to meet their individual needs.

In-office required. Full-Time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday 8:00 am-4:30 pm, with some flexibility on schedule.
Location: Cascade Training Center Roseville, CA
$23-$25DOE
Hourly, non-exempt.
Paid Vacation. Sick Time accrual and carryover.
Paid Holiday Schedule (12 days/year)

Qualifications and Education Requirements
High School Diploma and/or GED
Previous experience in customer service is desirable but not required.
Other requirements: Due to the nature of the work, the position will require successfully passing a criminal background check.
