Seeking a Real Estate Assistant to support a leading real estate team in the Omaha, NE region. With the aid of this individual, agents aim to prioritize real estate sales over daily administrative tasks. We seek an outstanding candidate willing to surpass expectations, mirroring the team's dedication.
The ideal candidate will have a background in at least one of the following fields: real estate, property management, asset management, and real estate brokerage transactions. They should demonstrate expertise in establishing and executing office systems and procedures. This person must have a strong sense of urgency and a fondness for to-do lists. The perfect candidate thrives with minimal supervision, gradually assuming more responsibilities and leadership roles within the team.
Compensation:
- Hourly Pay Range: $18.00 - $25.00 (pay will be determined on level of experience)
- Paid time off and paid holidays negotiable
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily needs of the business and staff, serving as the main point of contact for all site-related matters while overseeing daily tasks.
- Organize calendars and schedules, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Develop, implement, maintain, and optimize efficient systems and processes.
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and coordinate appointments with clients and business partners.
- Perform various administrative, clerical, and assistant duties as required.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, events, and appointments.
- Serve as the primary liaison between executives and clients.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Communicate professionally and calmly verbally and electronically.
- Manage information flow accurately and promptly.
- Assist in systematizing all processes.
- Coordinate and facilitate correspondence with clients and business partners.
Qualifications:
- Must possess exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to manage time effectively, multitask efficiently, and communicate clearly with attention to detail.
- Should be a self-motivated individual who takes initiative, remains logical, and is dedicated to exceeding expectations.
- Proficiency in using Canva, Google Suite, Social Media, Microsoft Office, and their Google equivalents is required.
- Knowledge and experience in digital analytics and design are preferred qualifications.
- Ability to understand high-level concepts while also paying attention to detail and effectively multitasking.
- Should find satisfaction in creating, fixing, and optimizing systems.
- A strong work ethic, self-starting attitude, and motivation are essential for this role.
- The minimum educational requirement includes a High School Diploma, GED, or higher.
- Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment when necessary.
- A valid Driver's License is required along with the ability to work in the office.
