- Schedule: Monday-Friday 10 am - 6 pm (in-office position)

Position Overview:
As our next rockstar Business Development/Inside Sales team member, you will be at the forefront of CGS's growth strategy. You’ll play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base. If you're passionate about sales, relationship-building, and the security services industry, we want to meet you. This position is not remote and does require in-office work in Kent, WA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and support company growth objectives.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients across various sectors, presenting CGS's services as trusted solutions for their security needs.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, industry events, and other outreach strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and presentations aligned with clients' requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback to refine CGS’s business development strategies continually.
- Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Represent CGS with professionalism and integrity, consistently upholding our brand values.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the security services or related industries.
- High-level customer service and excellent telephone etiquette
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Google Ads and how to maximize
