CASE Federal Credit Union is in search of a full-time Teller/MSR (part-time possible but not preferred) to grow into a universal MSR/processor for our location in at UTHCT.
Basic computer skills/keyboarding, at least one year of cash handling, and customer service experience are required. Must enjoy working with the public, helping others, counting cash. Must be a fast learner because we’re growing, and we want you to grow with us!
Must pass drug screening.

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour DOE

Schedule:
- M-F day shifts as early as 7:30 AM, as late as 6:00 PM; Occasional Saturday hours possible in the future (none regularly scheduled at this time).

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in banking, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in cash handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people of all ages and backgrounds.
- Sales skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and situations.
- Familiarity with loan origination, processing, and closing procedures is an asset.
- Experience in a credit union, consumer finance or a bank is an asset.
