POSITION: CNSP Force Readiness PA (EMO)
LOCATION: San Diego, CA
STATUS: Funded/Open
CLEARANCE: Active Secret or above clearance
TRAVEL: 5%
DUTIES:
Daily monitoring of readiness of C5I/Cybersecurity Readiness issues through official message traffic, email correspondence, verbal tasking, or other communication means, and consolidating, tracking, presenting, and analyzing findings in support of CNSP N6 directorate.
The contractor shall perform data entry, quality review, consolidation, and reporting of daily casualty report (CASREP) status for CNSP platforms.
Shall perform outreach and coordination with maintenance communities and integrated logistic support teams to obtain status and assistance resolution for current CASREPs. Conduct trend analysis to determine high lead time part or support deficiencies and report findings to the Current Readiness Officer/EMO/CSO.
Perform data calls or taskers to identify current readiness challenges and barriers to mission-ready capabilities and present findings to the Current Readiness Officer.
Meeting Support: attend teleconferences, video teleconferences (VTCs), and internal and external meetings in lieu of or in addition to the Current Readiness Officer and staff. The contractor shall document meeting minutes and prepare any necessary visual aids to support meeting requirements.
Required Skills / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
- Strong leadership, organizational, planning, communication, and time management skills;
- the ability to multi-task and work against strict deadlines is critical.
- Strict attention to detail – must be detail-oriented. 8 years Experience and NAVY EMO/STO/CM/CDC/CSOOW onboard USN Surface ships.
