About The Role:The Quinn, a challenging property in Houston, TX, is looking for a resilient, resourceful, and bilingual Leasing Professional who thrives in a high-pressure environment. This isn't for the faint of heart - it's an opportunity to step up, face challenges head-on, and make a tangible impact while providing exceptional service to our residents.

As the property's sales representative, you'll greet prospects, professionally present the community's features and benefits, and secure lease agreements. You'll also help turn this property around with your creativity, determination, and drive.

What You'll Do

• Provide top-tier customer service while managing the leasing process in a demanding environment.
• Conduct tours that highlight the value of the community, even under challenging conditions.
• Use creative problem-solving skills to address resident and prospect needs.
• Collaborate with the onsite team to drive occupancy and meet property goals.
• Physically inspect and maintain the property to ensure it meets high standards.
• Complete all lease paperwork, including applications, addenda, and related documentation.
• Maintain awareness of local market trends and suggest strategies to improve resident satisfaction.
  
  

What You Bring to the Team

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Experience in property management or sales, especially in challenging environments.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
• A no-excuses attitude, with the ability to adapt and thrive in tough situations.
• Familiarity with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi (or similar software).

Work Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week, including Saturdays. Typical hours are 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, subject to market conditions and daylight savings time.
