When you're not catching zzz's, this is what you'll do
- Monitor performance of site KPIs and provide actionable recommendations based on business trends. Partners closely with Analytics to refine daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly business reporting.
- Perform competitive analysis of key websites in the industry to inform promotional strategy, assortment strategy, visual merchandising strategy
- Owner of Shopify product catalog (Site Merch, Product Details, SKUs, etc.)
- Primary front end operational/implementation counterpart to site digital product & marketing team
- Site A/B testing operational counterpart with D&A and UX/UI designer
- Oversee landing page builds and new content creation in Shopify
- Responsible for all Site/page content swaps (copy, imagery, product info)
- Site/page merchandising
- Partner with tech and digital product on configuring capabilities built from the ecomm road map
- Oversee sitewide promo configurations and SEO optimizations on both casper.com and Casper Blog content
- Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, Supply Chain/Planning, Merchandising, and Customer Experience teams to ensure Ecommerce P&L goals are met and accurate product inventory is reflected onsite
- Proactively optimize conversion for Casper's online assortment
- Own and optimize casper.com SKU launch process, in partnership with Marketing, Creative, Digital Product, and Wholesale
- This is a hybrid role, requiring that you work 2 days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) from our NYC office
Our dream candidate has...
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Ecommerce operations
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, a related field, or equivalent experience
- Entrepreneurial problem solver with a solution-oriented mindset
- Strong quantitative and data skills, especially Excel
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and interest in new technologies
- Very high attention to detail and ability to pinpoint opportunities for improvement
- Experience in cross functional collaboration and alignment
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and drive projects forward
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Targeted Annual Base Salary Range: $110,000-125,000 USD
Casper's compensation philosophy ensures that the actual base salary is based on factors including but not limited to skills, education, experience, special training, time in position, and/or years of service.
