Quality Control Technician- 12HR, 6AM

Come join the Casper’s Ice Cream team as we produce our very own FatBoy Ice Cream novelties and other frozen treats! We are currently seeking applicants to join our quality control team! (And YES, we have weekly factory seconds giveaways for employees to take home and fill their freezers!)

Schedule

• Day Shift, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• 2-2-3 schedule
• Every other weekend off (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
• Every other week 36 or 48 hours ( =76 hours regular, 8 hours OT per pay check)
  
• Never work more than 3 days in a row
• BONUS: Monthly performance-based bonus potential of up to $300 per month during busy season (March – July)

Pay

• Pay starts at $18.50/hr. with potential to reach $24 for top performers!
• BONUS: Monthly performance-based bonus potential of up to $300 per month during busy season (March – July)
