What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Control Technician- Grave Shift, Mon.-Fri., 10PM-6:30AM position at Casper's Ice Cream?
Come join the Casper’s Ice Cream team as we produce our very own FatBoy Ice Cream novelties and other frozen treats! We are currently seeking applicants to join our quality control team! (And YES, we have weekly factory seconds giveaways for employees to take home and fill their freezers!)
Schedule
- Grave Shift, Monday through Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM
- NO SCHEDULE/SHIFT ROTATIONS! We don’t force our team members to “take turns” working schedules that wreck their sleep schedules and interfere with home time!
- Peak season production demands may require some overtime (time and a half pay)
Pay
- Pay starts at $20.50/hr. ($18.50/hr. plus $2.00 shift differential) with potential to reach $26 for top performers!
- BONUS: Monthly performance-based bonus potential of up to $300 per month during busy season (March – July)
