What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Team - Grave Shift, Mon. - Fri., 11PM to 7:30AM position at Casper's Ice Cream?
We RAISED our wages again! Come join the Casper’s Ice Cream team as we produce our very own FatBoy Ice Cream novelties and other frozen treats! We are currently seeking applicants to join our warehouse team! (And YES, we have weekly factory seconds giveaways for employees to take home and fill their freezers!)
Schedule
- Grave shift, Monday - Friday, 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
- Peak season production demands may require overtime (time and a half pay)
- Fixed schedule (No shift rotations!)
Pay
- Training pay starts at $21.50/hr. ($19.50/hr. plus $2.00 shift differential) with potential for your first raise to $22.50 after forklift certification. The pay scale for this position tops out at $27.00.
- BONUS: Monthly performance-based bonus potential of up to $300 per month during busy season (March – July)
Experience
- Minimum 1 year forklift experience required.
