We are looking for an amazing individual to join our administrative team with a focus on customer service, and inside sales.
This person will be a great team player, assisting the manager and working with the whole team to provide excellent customer experience.
They are detail-oriented with great communication skills in all forms. Someone who is confident in taking on multiple tasks at once, including order and data entry, customer service, sales assistance, answering and directing phone calls, order processing, invoicing, responding efficiently to customer inquiries and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
· Answering and directing phone calls
- Answer customer product sales questions via phone and assist in online and phone sales
- Enter Customer Orders into ERP
- Flag inventory shortages to Inventory manager
- Assist with returns and warranty claims
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open, honest and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools including internet resources, product catalogs, and vendor inside sales teams
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives as quickly as possible; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Go the extra mile to engage customers and offer solutions
Skills
- Proven customer support experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with ERP systems and administrative practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree
