What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Manager position at CasterDepot®?
A super-successful company lives or dies with its people. The Human Resources Manager should be thoughtful, talented, detail-oriented and will be responsible for implementing and overseeing the company's greatest asset: our people. You will own Human Resources across the company, work collaboratively with the company's leadership team, and ultimately build and grow a team. Our head of HR will have experience with applicable Federal, State, and Local employment laws, hiring, compliance, payroll, performance reviews and will be eager to take that experience to the next level and beyond. Our head of HR will learn and embrace our company culture and values. We need someone comfortable working independently and collaboratively, who communicates easily with team members and accepts feedback and critiques as tools to improve. Most of all, we are looking for someone who is ready to grow into an exceptional and critical member of our leadership team. We have no bias for a degree or specific experience, and we expect someone with intelligence, self-awareness, motivation, and ambition. We are moving quickly, so you will need to show that you can think creatively, deliberate clearly, and move decisively. Your prior work and current interests should represent what you can do for us, and you should share our ambition to create opportunities for growth and success in everything we do.
