Key responsibilities include:
- Document control:
- Filing and retrieving project documents (drawings, specifications, contracts, change orders, permits, correspondence)
- Maintaining electronic and paper document databases
- Tracking document revisions and ensuring proper distribution
- Managing document control procedures to comply with project standards
- Project communication:
- Coordinating communication between project team members, contractors, consultants, and clients
- Managing incoming and outgoing project correspondence
- Data entry and reporting
- Updating project management with progress updates
- Creating and maintaining project schedules and timelines
- Generating project reports on status, budget, and milestones
- Administrative tasks
- Processing invoices and purchase orders
