Supervisor/Coordinator 124 - Intensive Family Support Services
Salary $55,000 Sign On Bonus $2,000
Description
- Work with Somerset County families and/or care givers with an adult relative living with mental illness.
- Conduct assessments, provide support and resources, coordinate and conduct support groups and psycho-educational groups.
- The supervisor will work with a team consisting of a Case Manager and Peer Advocate to do weekly and/or monthly “check in” calls to offer additional emotional support to program clients.
Requirements
- Master's Level Degree in social work, psychology, public health or other similar advanced degrees.
- Experience working with the seriously mentally ill population as well as experience running virtual groups. Ability to understand and follow state regulations towards service delivery.
- Driver's license in good standing.
