Immaculate Conception Parish – Willoughby
Accountant, Part-Time
20-28 hrs per week, Monday-Friday
Qualifications: Minimum qualifications
- Undergraduate degree with a concentration in accounting
- 3-5 years accounting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, excel)
Responsibilities: Accounting responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivables
- Bank and credit card account maintenance and reconciliations
- Payroll processing bi-monthly, Prepare 1099 and year end reporting
- Preparation of all monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports
- Prepare and monitor yearly budget
