DIRECTOR OF EITC/OSTC SERVICES
Applications are now being accepted for the position of Director of EITC/OSTC Services in the Secretariat of Temporal Affairs for the Diocese of Pittsburgh. This is a full-time, exempt position located at the Diocesan Pastoral Center.
The Director of EITC/OSTC Services leads the development and management of the EITC/OSTC scholarship intake model for the Catholic schools of the Diocese of Pittsburgh. This would include the intake of new donors, tracking of their progress, the related customer service as well as the associated reporting and goal tracking. This position would also be responsible for determining the future scalability and evaluating the planning needs to service the donors.

Qualifications for the Director of EITC/OSTC Services position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related field. Master’s Degree preferred.
- Three (3) – Five (5) years of customer service with a strong background in operations.
- Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education.
- Understanding of the Roman Catholic Church.
- Knowledge of the mission of the Diocese of Pittsburgh.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory environments and processes that manage them.
- Strong background in customer service and sale lead models.
- Strong critical thinking skills with problem solving and strategic planning.
- A good understanding of operational systems and reporting.
- Strong Microsoft office skills, including Excel and Word.
- Strong understanding of the importance of documenting processes and procedures.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to protect confidential information
