Job Title: Case Manager
Program: Unaccompanied Minors
Salary: $59,000- $61,000 (Based on experience and educational achievements)
General Responsibilities:
CGS is looking for an Passionate and Empathetic Case Manager for our unaccompanied minors program. As a case manager, you will be responsible for maintaining direct contact with each child/youth assigned. Maintain direct contact with the child's/youth's family to the extent possible—conduct case management tasks. Provide services focused on completing safe and efficient family reunification.
Required Skills:
- BSW or other Bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, or other relevant social services or behavioral field.
- Minimum 2 years of employment experience in appropriate areas.
- Bilingual in Spanish & English Required
Desired Skills:
- Case management experience
- Strong organizational, planning and analytical skills
- Effective communicator with excellent writing and speaking skills
