Per Diem Substitute for PKFA and 3KFA - Northwest Bronx Catholic School

PKFA and 3KFA per diem substitutes needed for Catholic Schools in the Northeast Bronx.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must have minimum of a BA in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Experience teaching in an early childhood setting preferred.
• Fingerprint clearance in the NYC PETS system will be required if offered a position.
• All NYC DOHMH health documentation required (recent physical and all required immunizations).
• NYS Mandated Reporter Training Certificate - 2024 version required

Responsibilities:

• Serving as the lead teacher in a 3K for All or Prek for All classroom to cover for an absent lead teacher
• Delivery of lessons as outlined in Creative Curriculum
• Meeting supervisory responsibilities as presented by the program leader
• Using Positive Behavior Guidance when working with the children

Substitutes are needed immediately in a few programs

Salary : $112 - $160
