Position Overview: Reporting to Portfolio Managers, Conor Muldoon, Ellen Lee, Steve Nguyen, and Associate Portfolio Manager, Greg Squires, while providing additional support for the Research team. Critical responsibilities include the following:
Arrange international and domestic travel and itineraries.- Maintain constant awareness of meeting and travel plans and respond immediately to changes or issues that arise.
- Schedule and organize meetings, conferences and interviews.
- Screen incoming calls and correspondence and respond independently when appropriate.
- Prepare for meetings, greet guests and assist with clean up.
- Prepare expense reports for the group.
- Provide relief for the receptionist during mail pick-up, his/her lunch break, and as needed.
- Coordinate shipment of materials.
- Offer additional support for the administrative staff and other departments as needed.
Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree, strong GPA, and experience in the financial services industry strongly preferred.
- High level of interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Consistently able to demonstrate poise, tact and diplomacy.
- Attention to detail when composing emails, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated competency in juggling multiple tasks and demands.
- Team oriented, able to work with various personalities.

Annual Salary: $80,000 - $115,000. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will be eligible for an annual, discretionary bonus.
