Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and scheduling with accuracy.
  • Coordinate business meetings, travel arrangements, and event logistics seamlessly.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, impactful presentations, and professional correspondence.
  • Draft and manage communication on behalf of the CEO, including emails and messages.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming calls, messages, and requests to optimize the CEO’s time.
  • Conduct research, compile essential data, and prepare briefs for strategic meetings.
  • Assist in the management of confidential business and legal documentation with care.
  • Track and follow up on action items, deadlines, and critical business initiatives.
  • Liaise with internal teams, franchisees, and external partners as necessary.
  • Handle personal errands and administrative responsibilities for smooth daily operations.
  • Support the execution of key strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and important business documents.
  • Collaborate with key executives, medical professionals, and business associates.

Required Skills

  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in managing confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and project management tools.
  • Tech-savvy with a keen ability to manage digital communications and scheduling software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, anticipate needs, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience in healthcare, franchising, or business operations is advantageous.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant to a C-level executive or business owner.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, though not mandatory.

Compensation And Benefits
