Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and schedule with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Coordinate business meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics for events.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
  • Compose and manage emails and communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Screen, prioritize, and respond to incoming calls, messages, and requests efficiently.
  • Conduct thorough research, compile data, and prepare briefing materials for meetings.
  • Assist in the management of confidential business and legal documentation.
  • Track and follow up on action items, deadlines, and key business initiatives.
  • Handle personal administrative tasks to facilitate seamless daily operations.
  • Manage household scheduling, vendor communications, and personal errands as needed.
  • Support the execution of strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring organized record-keeping and document management.
  • Liaise effectively with key executives, franchisees, medical professionals, and business associates.

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate digital communication tools and scheduling software.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to work effectively under pressure.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant to a C-level executive or business owner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to responsibilities.
  • Experience in healthcare, franchising, or business operations is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation And Benefits
