Job Overview

We invite experienced Executive Assistants to join our team as an Executive Personal Assistant in a hybrid work model, providing indispensable support to a visionary CEO. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in high-pressure environments, demonstrating exceptional organizational ability and professionalism while managing a diverse array of tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proficiently manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and scheduling requirements.
  • Coordinate and facilitate business meetings, travel logistics, and event planning.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and professional correspondence.
  • Draft and oversee communication, managing emails on behalf of the CEO.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming calls, messages, and requests with discernment.
  • Conduct thorough research, compile data, and create briefs for executive meetings.
  • Assist in the management of sensitive business and legal documentation.
  • Track and follow up on critical deadlines and business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, franchisees, and external partners as necessary.
  • Handle personal errands and administrative tasks to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Oversee household schedules, vendor interactions, and personal appointments as required.
  • Support strategic project execution and organizational coordination.
  • Maintain organized files and critical business documents.
  • Act as a liaison with key executives, medical professionals, and business associates.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant to a C-level executive or entrepreneur.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High degree of discretion and professionalism in managing confidential matters.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and project management software.
  • Technologically adept with the ability to navigate digital communication and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, anticipating needs and adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Experience in healthcare, franchising, or business operations is advantageous.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
