People Culture Coordinator
The People Culture Coordinator is a key member of the People Culture team responsible for providing People Culture support within our enterprise team. This individual will work directly with and assist the Sr. Director, People Culture, to fulfill a variety of necessary People Culture tasks, administering a variety of programs and procedures throughout the organization. The coordinator is the first point of contact for visitors and Team Members, responsible for managing the front desk operations and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.

What You’ll Do:
- Greet and welcome visitors, Team Members with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and document processing.
- Coordinate office supplies and inventory management.
- Provide support for events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics and catering arrangements.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new Team Members by preparing materials and coordinating onboarding schedules and facilitating new hire orientation.
- Conduct new hire check-ins and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
- Facilitate communication to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure Team Member inquiries are answered and/or properly routed in a timely manner.
- Communicate regularly with Team Members to answer questions, provide information, complete paperwork, support or other follow-up needed to complete request.
- Gather and prepare reporting and other People Culture data needs both on established routines as well as ad-hoc.
- Assist with preparation and distribution of Team Member announcements and updates with internal cross-functional partners.
- Support any other special projects the People Culture team needs assistance.
- Abide by policies and procedures that support the service mindset.
- Manage timeline expectations within and across teams, deliver on our responsibilities accordingly.
- Earn the trust of Team Members and Managers by consistently embracing CAVA’s values.
- Show discipline in bringing consistent performance, communication, and attitude to the job every day.
- Actively contribute to your department in order to complete tasks and meet company goals.
- Recognize the emotional stake each Team Member has in personal and organizational success of this business.
The Qualifications:
- 2-3 plus of relevant experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field work
- Knowledge of People Culture processes, computer programs, administrator, and coordinator experience
- Demonstrated ability to communicate/interact with all levels of Team Member both written and verbal.
- Successfully manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring the high level of accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
- Success at executing plans, project management, follow up, dealing with ambiguity and adapting to rapid change.
- Work with a sense of urgency and understand importance
- Success multi-tasking and prioritizing work with competing deadlines.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and other office equipment.
- Must be able to identify, analyze and assess details.
- For certain positions, must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively.
- Constantly positions self and move about to support ordinary restaurant or food production support or office operations, as applicable.
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
