The Position
We are looking for the right individual to join our Customer Relations team and be primarily responsible for dispute handling. The position is a great opportunity for an individual to learn about consumer credit. Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and responding to correspondence mailed in by customers
- Preparing responses to credit reporting inquiries made by consumers through the major credit bureaus
- Assisting customers over the telephone (low volume - inbound only)
- Identifying trends or issues to enhance business processes and compliance to state and federal laws
The ideal candidate must have:
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong reading comprehension skills
- Working knowledge and experience using MS Office
- A high level of work ethic and integrity
Additionally candidates should be reliable and accountable, someone who can keep cool in a fast paced, high pressure environment and be a team player.
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly desirable but not necessary

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
