Here is what you will be doing:
- Manage daily operations across sales, service, and parts departments, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and adherence to industry standards.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for new and used powersports
- Recruit, train, and motivate a team of professionals, including sales staff, service technicians, and administrative personnel, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
- Ensure exceptional customer service, addressing escalated issues and maintaining high satisfaction ratings
- Oversee inventory management, negotiating to secure competitive pricing and product availability suited to seasonal demands
- Monitor budgets, analyze financial reports, and implement cost-control measures to maximize dealership profitability
Here is what you need:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a powersports dealership.
- Familiarity with powersports repair processes.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with customers and staff alike.
- High School Diploma/GED is required
- Successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
- Valid driver’s license

Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
