Cavender Polaris in Columbus, Texas, a Cavender Auto Family Dealership, is currently looking for a talented Powersports Manager to join our growing family and help “Make Confidence Happen”. Veterans and Military spouses are encouraged to apply!

Here is what you will be doing:

  • Manage daily operations across sales, service, and parts departments, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and adherence to industry standards.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for new and used powersports
  • Recruit, train, and motivate a team of professionals, including sales staff, service technicians, and administrative personnel, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
  • Ensure exceptional customer service, addressing escalated issues and maintaining high satisfaction ratings
  • Oversee inventory management, negotiating to secure competitive pricing and product availability suited to seasonal demands
  • Monitor budgets, analyze financial reports, and implement cost-control measures to maximize dealership profitability

Here is what you need:

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within a powersports dealership.
  • Familiarity with powersports repair processes.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with customers and staff alike.
  • High School Diploma/GED is required
  • Successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
