Returns Associate

Cavender's is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Returns associate to ensure customer satisfaction by efficiently managing product exchanges and returns.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safety and Loss Prevention: Follow safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment, and adhere to loss prevention protocols to prevent discrepancies.
• OMS Software Application: Develop a solid knowledge base with navigational skills to apply expected procedures and processes within the OMS software application.
• Product Exchange/Return: Properly receive all exchange/return products, and maintain a clean work area to ensure efficiency.
• Customer Engagement: Deliver outstanding customer service via email, chat session, and phone, while maintaining a professional and courteous relationship with customers.
• Company Policies: Adhere to all company exchange/return system policies and procedures, including LOCS Putaway (as needed).

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
• Math Skills: Possess basic math skills, ability to count, add, and subtract numbers quickly and accurately.
• Communication Skills: Good written and oral communication skills are essential for success in this role.
• Physical Abilities: Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs frequently throughout shift, and possess physical mobility to walk, stand, reach, pull, push, and bend continuously throughout shift.
• Work Schedule: Ability to work 8 and/or 12-hour shifts at all hours, including weekends and holidays, and be punctual for assigned shift.
